Italy Vacation Review: Rome, Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Pisa, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Sistine Chapel, Vatican Tour, Papal Mass

Our travel planner was a an excellent travel agent and I highly recommend his services. He was a pleasure to work with and always made time to discuss the planning of our trip on short notice and was flexible as we developed our plan.  

He was able to understand what we were looking for and translate that into a hassle free 11 day Italian tour. He took the stress out of the trip by ensuring that we had private driver (they drive crazy "pazzo" in Italy) and had most of the days planned so we had little decision making which allowed for a wonderful trip.

He went the extra mile to secure passes for us so we could attend a Papal mass which we absolutely loved being raised in the catholic faith.  We had a fabulous guide in Rome. He was very knowledgeable on the history of ancient Rome, St. Peters and the construction and meaning of the paintings in the Sistine Chapel.  We skipped the lines and with his guidance we saw so much more in less time. 

Our guide was great at  Pompeii and gave us a great history lesson on the city and the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 ad. 

Loved the the VIP wine tour in Tuscany and hotel location if Florence.
