Our trip and our agent were fabulous.  For several months in advance of the trip, our agent worked closely and patiently with me, making numerous insightful suggestions and scrupulously implementing our ultimate decisions.  Our expectations were sky-high, but the actual trip exceeded those expectations.  Everything went smoothly; the guides our agent chose were all extremely capable and personable; the special experiences he arranged were all highly interesting and enjoyable; the restaurants he reserved were all delicious; the hotel and in-country travel arrangements he made were all perfect.  He even gave us some excellent book and movie recommendations to read and watch beforehand so we would get more out of the travel experience!
