I loved having multiple options to choose from for travel agents

The site of Zicasso was super easy and efficient to use

My travel agent, was very quick to respond and on top of everything and gave great suggestions and planned it all out with great short time notice

Hotel bookings were amazing!! I'm very picky on hotels but our travel agent found great ones. I highly recommend staying at a tower hotel in Tokyo and a hotel in Kyoto

Private guides were very helpful and kind, especially our guide from Tokyo

IC Cards were a big help and I don't know what we'd do without them

Love that breakfast was included because it was one less decision to make

Overall very impressed with the site and with our travel agent and how smoothly it ran & how well she chose things for me despite me being very picky perfectionist
