They were amazing! They thought of everything--and it was truly a perfect trip to Japan. The trip planner worked very, very well honoring my thoughts pre-trip and translating those notions into a magical, once-in-a-lifetime journey.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Everything was perfect! The planner balanced the time we spent in 3 places (Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto) just right. The balance of activities gave us great variety, exposed us to beautiful parts of Japan and allowed us to learn about the culture of Japan in a way that was extremely appealing to both adults and teens. We loved the Bento cooking class, the cycling tours, the calligraphy, night photo tour. The quality of each experience was exceptional!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I wouldn't change a minute! And I am not sure that I'll be able to travel again without Zicasso--it's the best!!!
