Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was fabulous and the organization made through this Africa safari travel agency was flawless. Our travel specialist at the agency was extremely helpful and very reactive, i.e. would get back to my queries very rapidly and was very amenable to suggestions from my side (I had travelled to Rwanda before so had a good idea of what I was looking for). The programme they put together for us met my expectations exactly. And we were extremely pleased with the Rwandan guide provided to us through this company.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Visiting the gorillas was definitely a highlight, but so was visiting the coffee cooperative, and staying in the Nyungwe Forest Lodge, which was incredibly beautiful. But the whole trip was super.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

There was one particularly long day (the third day) which consisted only of driving....we had a long way to go, but we did spend most of the day in the car, albeit with breaks. It was ok, but long, although it must be said that spending the two following days in the Nyungwe Forest Lodge somehow compensated for the time spent in the car!
