We just returned from our amazing trip to Africa. It took me nearly 4 years to plan the trip. It all started to come together when I discovered Zicasso. We didn't want to be "shoe horned" into a packaged tour or trip. Zicasso connected me to this tour company in South Africa. Our trip planner and his team helped me build a custom trip that was designed to meet our specific desires for this once in a lifetime adventure. It was nothing short of fantastic, exciting, eye-opening and amazing! And Zicasso was always available if I had any questions or concerns.
I rate both Zicasso and this tour company as 5 Star and have already begun referring friends.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Each part of our trip was enjoyable and memorable. From the time we arrived in Cape Town to our departure from Johannesburg everything was arranged and went off without a hitch and as described. If I have to choose one or two things to rave about it would be between meeting such diverse and exciting people from all over the world and spending so much intimate time with the animals.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Since this was our first trip I wouldn't change much. However, the one change I would make is to the flight to Victoria Falls. Instead of flying to Livingstone Airport which is actually in Zambia I would fly to Victoria Falls International. But it provided us an unparalleled experience of crossing the border between Zambia nd Zimbabwe that was like something out of a Hollywood movie.
