I would like to have prior knowledge that our tour operator was sending us two very suitable and durable duffle bags which we used.  A few months prior to our trip, I had purchased two duffles that now must be given to Goodwill with the tags still on them.

Also, we needed more money.  We followed the guidelines for tipping and only over tipped giving the guides a full day's tip when we were only on an afternoon game drive because of arriving at the camp at noontime. We spent almost $600.00 in tips, but were advised that we only needed $250.00. Maybe they suggested the $250.00 for each person, but that was not specified. Luckily, we did have a little over $600.00 and so all staffs and guides were tipped appropriately, but it limited us from buying souvenirs because we did not want to use our credit card.
