Working with Kate was wonderful! It was our first time to Australia and we wanted to see as much as possible while we were there. We talked initially so she could find out exactly what we wanted. Then she put together an amazing itinerary.
Kate was very responsive by email throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly! Definitely a personal touch. I could always reach out to her and she responded immediately - especially comforting as we were in a foreign country and she was in the same time zone there!
