Catalina at this Costa Rica travel company was a true pleasure. She answered our numerous questions and met every need. We loved staying at The Preserve Los Altos, such a warm staff. Every hotel pick and tour was picked with us in mind. We really appreciated this and the small touches throughout our trip. Many of our guides brought us fruit, water, etc... This was very thoughtful we really appreciated that.
