Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Very satisfied. with just a few suggestions for improved service. They had to make many, many, arrangements and they all went off without a problem except in one case, where the hotel/apartment did not know that the travel company handles all the transfers and has paid for them in advance.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The cities, the tours selected, meeting the locals, eating the local food, walking to see the cities, good guidance through the trip, having all the transfers taken care of in the entire trip.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We chose to stay in apartments and now would choose to stay in hotels instead. Two of apartments were situated in extremely loud locations, although very convenient for sightseeing. Also, one of the apartments did not have air conditioning.Suggest that the travel company include written instructions for they phone provided to have an agent always available. A new phone can cause problems if the only information is verbal.
