Luxury European Family Vacation Review: France, UK, Paris, London, Brittany & Normandy Bike Trip

We worked with Beth at this European travel company. They were responsive at all times despite the time change prior to the trip and while we were on our trip.  All in all they provided good service for us in booking hotels in Paris and London and arranging transportation services and a few tours.  The hotels were excellent and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 5.  The guide we had in Paris (walking guide) provided insights into the city that we would have otherwise never received.  The only snag was our last transfer to the airport the morning we were departing. The car was too small to fit a family of 5 and our luggage and the driver insisted that it was NOT prepaid so we had to pay him--we informed the travel agent of this that day--and there was no follow up on their part to ensure that we received a refund.
