Croatia was more beautiful and pristine than I expected, and I enjoyed interacting with the people there.  It has both history and nature, and is everything I wanted in a vacation.  I also enjoyed the Czech Republic portion of the trip and the day trip to Herzegovina was worthwhile, but Croatia ended up being one of my favorite vacation spots of all time and I could have spent more time there.
