We were very impressed with the professionalism portrayed by our travel agent, Hilary. She was always quick to respond to my inquiries. She took our interests and likes and put together a fabulous trip customized just for us. The hotels were above our expectations.  The private guided tours were a great way to get started in a new city before exploring on our own.

It was especially nice to already have our drivers there and waiting when we needed them. Also, the prearranged train tickets were nice to have in advance. She had us lined out every step of the way.

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their presentations. They made it interesting and fun. The food and wine tour in Rome was especially good and the Vatican guide was very knowledgeable and educated us before entering which brought things more to life.
