Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our family trip to Italy was truly special thanks to this travel company. Our travel specialists were amazing to work with during the planning phase and their staff made sure everything was executed perfectly while we were there. During our time there, it became more and more clear that the time our travel specialist took to get to know my family's interests was paying off. We stayed busy, but not too busy that we couldn't relax or go off on our own. It was a perfect balance.

In summary, I will be taking my family back to Italy someday and my first (and only) call will be to these travel specialists.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Another example of our travel specialist's expertise: His recommendation to stay outside of the city of Florence. I was skeptical of this since Florence is a personal favorite of mine, but it turned out to be perfect. We had easy access to the city and also to all the small wonders of the region, such as the town of San Gimignano and as many wineries as one can handle. (Note: If you are going to Tuscany, please consider Castello del Nero in the Chianti region. It was a fabulous property and the service was stellar.)

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

There's not much I would change, aside from staying longer!
