Our travel agency consultants, Nicoletta and Emanuela were amazing! Our trip was planned to perfection with beautiful hotels, easy transfers, the very best tour guides, and with a detailed itinerary to maximize our time. I highly recommend Zicasso and this travel company to work with to plan the most amazing vacation, no detail is ever overlooked. Excellent communication via email/telephone, recommendations on activities to see on our days at leisure, and always making the time to answer our questions was important since we had not travelled to Italy before.  
Our trip was delayed due to covid, our travel agency offered virtual tours at a very reasonable price of $15-$20 with Historians as tour guides. A virtual tour of the cities we planned on visiting was extremely helpful to give perspective on what to expect. When you think of a company that goes above and beyond our travel agency is one of them.
