Luxury Italy Vacation Review: Milan, Como, Tuscany, Umbria, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento to Capri Boat Tour

I travel a lot and have been in 7 continents, I prefer to travel in luxury style whenever I can. I have several high end travel agencies been providing very good service for me over the years, I try to use the service through Zicasso out of curiosity this time as I always look for perfection to enhance my travel experience. I have to say that this travel agency has done a very good job for us and we had such a good time that we want to use this agent's service whenever we go back to Italy, also we want to go back more often because the great experience we had with this company. This agent plans the trip with attention to details, the itinerary is well planned with good choice of hotels, restaurants and tour programs. We are very impressed that he provides local cell phone with local wifi portable modem, so we are able to communicate with rest of the world wherever we are. The moment we landed at the airport and someone was right at the airplane gate to welcome us, they took care of the baggages and arranged the driver to pick us up right at the curb. We were well taken care of throughout the trip, 24 hours local concierge service is available for us with phone call or email. The drivers throughout the whole trip were all responsible and attentive, they kept close communication with the local concierge to make sure that everything was customized for us. One driver noticed that we liked to eat seafood more and he informed the concierge to modify our restaurant choice accordingly and the other driver found out that we didnt like to drink wine that much, he informed the concierge to change the program for us immediately. The guides were very knowledgable and pleasant, they took care of us with the best interest in mind. Our agent personally paid close attention to everything during the entire trip and ensured us to have a good time and the best experience in Italy. We felt so relaxed and safe during the whole trip, it was a world class experience and we definitely want to visit Italy more and continue to use this company's service. We are planning for a trip to France next year, we will use Zicasso's network to plan it. I am glad that I found a network that the travel specialists specialize in each country with great knowleage, I will continue to use Zicasso if our experience will as good as with this company.
