Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The travel company recommended a flight company to help with arranging flights as there are no direct flights to Romania.
Before the flights were confirmed, they wanted a payment to start making arrangements for hotels. I complied. A few days later, the other agent wasn't able to secure the original flights and flights had to be changed by 1 day. Therefore, the hotel arrangements needed to be amended. I was given a hard time and if I had not already made the down payment, I would have cancelled the trip. Ive traveled around the world, and Ive never had any issues changing dates of hotel stays a few weeks in advance. I felt they were annoyed about having to make some changes.
The service wasnt what I was used to from Zicasso.
Our local contact from the Romanian end was excellent. She was helpful and accessible.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The tour guides were excellent.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would have stayed in a different location in Brasov. The location was not in walking distance of anything. There was no restaurant and there was no hotel staff to help with luggage.

We're sorry that the accommodation is Brasov was not what you had expected but as the trip was booked last minute, unfortunately none of the centrally located hotels were available at the time. While we understand your frustration when it comes to the changing of the dates, we want to assure you that we did our best to minimize the cost related to the changes. The trip was booked only two weeks in advance and with October being a high season in Romania, some of the hotel reservations were already non refundable. We didn't charge anything on top of the actual cost increase and made sure to work out the best offers with our partners.

We're sorry if you were not happy with the flight agent that we recommended and will make sure to take your comments into account for future clients.
