The tour company's staff did a terrific job in guiding us in planning a trip of a lifetime. They listened, personalized their recommendations, responded promptly, and had insider knowledge of a fabulous driver and stellar hotels. My husband and i are highly pleased. I would have appreciated more transparency in the cost of each of the elements of the trip.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our driver enabled the trip to be totally relaxing and aligned with our preferences. On a scale of 1-10, we would rate him as a 50. His knowledge of history, politics, religion, geography, and beyond enhanced our understanding of and respect for Scottish culture. He was courteous, responsive, and flexible. We are grateful to this company for aligning us with our driver.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Honestly, I can't think of anything I would change.
