Our South American travel agents were very attentive throughout the entire planning process. They listened and responded promptly, and were efficient in problem resolution.

The tour they devised and provided went mostly as planned. Our only disappointment was in the service actually rendered by a provider when we were at Iguazu, Brazil; they cancelled a section of our itinerary, which resulted in much frustration and work-around.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Iguazu Falls, both on the Brazilian and Argentinian sides, was the highlight of our tour.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would retain Salta in my itinerary! But, for what we actually experienced, I would cut back on my stay in Bariloche from six nights to four, and visit in a warmer season, from late November onwards. This timing would also enable us to better enjoy the Mendoza vineyards.
