Luxury Spain Travel Review: Madrid, Toledo, Segovia

I was at first disappointed with this Spain travel agency and their services. They (specifically our agent) recovered nicely and lived up to their word. In this day and age their honesty, candor and follow up was a breath of fresh air. 

I never use a travel agency. This was a first because I did not want any "bumps in the road".

Upon arrival were bumped from our small boutique hotel in Madrid. We were tired and not happy campers. They recovered somewhat by moving us to the Ritz but the packing and unpacking were a pain.

Our agent and her company ran interference with the hotel (Hospes De Madrid) and we were in our upgraded room the next day at no extra charge.

The driver we had was outstanding. His knowledge and humor were infectious. In our three plus days with him he could not have been more upbeat and accommodating.

The schedule planed by this agency was just perfect. Not to much to take in daily.

We visited Madrid, Toledo and Segovia.
