My wife and I traveled to England and Ireland with a 13-year-old grandson.  We worked with this UK travel company, in particular with Kirsty, who is full of energy and a passion for her work.  She was very helpful in customizing our trip -- suggesting ideas, accomdating our interests, retooling, promptly and without hesitation, as our thoughts and ideas from time to time changed during the planning process.  The turnaround was almost immediate, things were done clearly and professionally, and the trip unfolded without a hitch.
