Zicasso provided us with two companies to discuss our travel itinerary. Both were very qualified. After choosing this travel agency, everything went as planned. Our travel company contact Albee was extremely attentive and did everything we asked of her. We went through 7 revisions and she never stopped trying to meet our needs. The guides in each of the 3 cities were very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The drivers were dependable and always on time.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Just being a part of the local culture. Walking the streets and markets. LOVED the hotel in Singapore. It was never an option in our original quote, but after discussing it with Albee, she was able to add it to our itinerary.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Probably would look into taking a private tour of Ha Long Bay. The cruise company was fabulous and the ship was large, but stopping at the bay and caves were extremely crowded with tourists.
