Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Everything ran very smoothly. There was never a difficulty with our reservations and we were able to get around very well. We had one problem with a cancellation, and we were able to get in touch with the after hours agent and she was helpful.
The Zicasso agent we worked with directly was great. She checked in with us during our trip, and that was very nice.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

It is hard to mention just a few because it was all great. I loved the Sydney bay boat ride, the snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef, Bay of Islands and Milford Bay. Driving was not difficult and the explanations provided about the areas was very helpful.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Not much. I may have eliminated the Glow Worms and gone to see the Hobbit Houses. I originally did not think I would care about that, but I realized later that there would be other places to see the Glow Worms.
