In a word, amazing! I found myself using that word a lot on this trip. Everything went as planned and it was an absolutely incredible journey, very glad I did it. The hotels all treated me like I was their most important person, and the venues and tours that I went on were, in a word, amazing!
Absolutely would recommend Zicasso as a travel service for New Zealand. A little pricey, but they sure delivered! I had to contact their office in New Zealand twice and they were exceptionally helpful.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Hobbiton visit was the absolute best, followed by the Jet boat. The gondola rides in both Rotorua and Queenstown were very memorable, because the views were incredible! And being able to eat and look over the cities, wonderful!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Get more info from my travel agent about how much walking, and especially hill walking was going to be needed. Also, let my travel agent know that I don't drink so that he wouldn't put me on a wine tasting tour!
