New Zealand Travel Review: Walking Lake Matheson, Tongariro National Park, Queenstown Winery Tour, Whale Watching, Lady Knox Geyser

Our trip to New Zealand was excellent. originally when I was planning my trip i was running into hotel booking situation where I was unable to get the hotel book for the dates I wanted. that's where I started searching for travel agent and came across Zicasso travel consultant. they referred me to two travel agency. I compared the rate on both the agency and chose to go with this agency for couple of reasons. i had made my itinerary and had an idea what we were going to spent and what my budget was. The travel designer from this agency was very helpful in each and every way. after explaining what I wanted to do, she came up with couple of great suggestions which I wouldn't have thought about. overall booking process was simple and there was no hassle. our trip was very smooth except one of our excursion got cancel due to mother nature for which I can't blame anyone. every where we went our booking was there and had no issue checking into hotel or any other excursions. I will definitely recommend this travel agency to anyone who is interested in visiting New Zealand. would like the agency to notify customer about certain excursion. for example able Tasman national park, we had cruise and walk. The walk part was kind of hiking and walking, if you are not in a good shape you can be in trouble not knowing what the ground looks like. luckily we had no problem. looking at our overall trip would like to give this agency 43/4 stars but apparently you can't select 3/4 star.
