Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Overall, we were happy with all of the services provided. However, when a private tour to the Louvre had to be cancelled, the tour guide cancelled at the exact time of the tour and didn't offer an alternative tour or plan. It was cancelled because of a traffic jam, which made it sound like a ridiculous excuse. Otherwise, the planning was great and the restaurant recommendations excellent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Everything was very enjoyable in its own merit. We visited the main tourist sites and enjoyed the private and small group tours of everything Paris. We loved people watching in Louxenbourg Gardens, visiting La Marais and its historical significance, walking by all of great architectural designs that make Paris Paris. And Versailles was beyond anything I could have imagined! Overall, all of our travels were quintessential Paris and beautiful!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Not much! We loved everything! I might have chosen a different hotel because it was not what I was expecting, but in the end, it all worked out.

Regarding the Louvre, we are very sorry that you could not visit it. Indeed, on that day, the cars were not allowed to drive in Paris as there was a demonstration for climate change. The driver could not make it to the Louvre as the traffic was gridlocked. We are sorry about this inconvenience and we still hope you had a great time in Paris regardless of this event.
