Peru Vacation Review: Cusco, Aguas Calientes, Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca, Machu Picchu

Thank you for recommending this travel company for our travel to Peru.   Of the several agencies you recommended this company looked the most professional in their inital e-mail.   They included an initial trip proposal that was very detailed inclusive of pictures of the hotel, rooms , local sites and activities based on my request for a Peru adventure.

When I reached out to this company via email to provide them with more specific information about our trip, I got an immediate response back from our agent.  He delivered a detailed itinerary that looked fantastic.    We only made a couple of changes to the order of places visited and time spent there.

Our agents from this company were very prompt in their response to all my emails and questions.  They provided excellent recommendations for our hotels and when I questioned them about other hotels that had great reviews, their response solidified their choices.  Very pleased and happy with their selections.  Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and food was delicious at all the properties.

The guide services they used in Peru were also excellent.  Our guide and drivers were always early to pick us up, gave us a full day of treking and sightseeing.  All were knowledgeable and informative both culturally and historically.  We were very pleased with the level of service our guides provided.  Our days were full, but we saw all that we wanted to see during our two weeks in Peru.

The trip was amazing. I would give this company 5 stars for planning, execution and customer service.  I would highly recommend them for your travel plans to Peru.
