Review: Africa Safari Honeymoon, South Africa & Zambia, Cape Town, Sabi Sands, Victoria Falls, Winelands

My husband and I knew we wanted to visit Southern Africa for our honeymoon but were not 100% sure where to start. Through Zicasso, we were paired up with this travel agency and it was the perfect match. These travel planners are amazing to work with - they are incredibly knowledgable, pay attention to all of the small details and made us feel so comfortable with asking questions, providing suggestions and adjusting our itinerary countless times until we were happy with it. We planned our honeymoon over a six month period and exchanged countless e-mails and phone calls with them and they were always happy to help and never made us feel like a burden. Even throughout our trip, we had some unexpected weather that caused us to cancel an activity and our planner took care of it for us all the way from the US. But even more above and beyond, my husband accidentally left something at one of the lodges we stayed at and our travel planners were instantly on it and arranged for the owner of the lodge to hand carry it with her to the US to give it back to us! To say that they truly care about their clients is a complete understatement! We cannot recommend this company enough!!!

The trip itself was absolutely magnificent! We never dreamed of having such a seamless, luxurious and personalized vacation in our lives. From Cape Town and the Winelands to game drives in Sabi Sands and getting soaked in Victoria Falls' spray, the logistics were planned phenomenally and we never had to worry about anything during our itinerary. The culture, food, people, nature and scenery of South Africa and Zambia are indescribable - we fell in love. We were blown away at all the regions had to offer - my husband has already decided that we need to retire in South Africa!
