Review: Africa Safari, Uganda & Tanzania, Ngorongoro Crater, Biwindi Impenetrable Forest Gorilla Trekking

Our experience with this Africa safari travel company was excellent. They provided an initial estimate and itinerary along with another company. After checking the lodging reviews on TripAdvisor, we verified that all the accommodations were 4.5 to 5 stars. Based on a slightly better itinerary we selected this company as our agent. They laid out a very flowing itinerary that maximized our time at sites and minimized transit times. They arranged the schedule so that we took advantage of an off-season price drop at the beginning of March that allowed us to stay in a significantly more luxurious safari camp within our budget. They were extremely helpful on the phone and the pre-trip materials they provided (clothing, tipping, what to expect in a safari camp) were helpful and made us feel much more ready for our adventure.

Their in-country partner provided two outstanding guides for Tanzania and Uganda. We stayed with one guide for the duration in each country giving us a feeling of continuity. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and personable. They also were resourceful in making additions to the trips and in getting us back on schedule when an illness made us miss an airline connection.

We were very happy with the trip our safari travel company planned and executed for us and we would use them again and recommend them to our friends.
