Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

This company and our Safari travel agent (from cape Town and owner) was just phenomenal. The moment we spoke on the phone to start working on planning our trip- which was totally last minute- I felt at ease and comfortable with him. He was very engaging, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He worked within our budget and communicated efficiently through out the entire time we planned. If we would of done it on our own it would have been a logistical nightmare.

We did have friends who had just traveled to all the destinations we had in mind, so we had certain recommendations for hotels and tour and he worked with that without a problem. He said that our friends had great suggestions and that he would be recommending the same places.. He also knew about good restaurants, things to do and everything in between.

I would not hesitate to hire him again do to our second trip to Africa.... which we will do for sure.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I cannot say that one place or one experience was more memorable than the other, since we had an AMAZING time in everyplace we visited. Starting with Cape Town, we had a welcome gift and note from our agent as we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel and staff are very hospitable and the grounds are beautiful. The tour we did to Cape Point and stopped in different places like Hout Bay and saw the penguins --was just beautiful. Our tour Guide was great! Funny and very informative. Just great!

He also took us to our next destination which was Stellenboch- where we did wine tasting prior to arriving at our hotel. He helped us choose where to go... and then took us to his favorite winery which was perfect! Marianne Winery- small but gorgeous to finish the tour.

StellenBoch is so lovely! Gotta go back in the spring.

Safari- Lion Sands was beyond words. All I can say is that it was a surreal experience like nothing I have ever done and nothing that I can compare it to. I would say everyone needs to experience Safari once in their life.

Finally - Zambia, LivingStone- Victoria Falls- just breathtaking. Helicopter tour for 30min is a must as well as visiting a sancturary to pet the Cheetas. My entire trip was amazing!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

The only thing I would do differently is plan for a longer stay.
