Review: Australia, Cook Islands, New Zealand, Bird Sanctuary, Aboriginal & Maori Culture, The Great Ocean Road, Uluru

Uluru was incredible.  The Great Ocean Road was beautiful.  Both our aboriginal and Maori guides were excellent.  Driving along the Great Ocean Road and down the west coast of the southern island of New Zealand was fabulous-just ask my husband.  Once he got used to the wrong side of the road for us, he started to enjoy the journey.  Nelson and Hokitika were two of our favorite towns in New Zealand.  Of course, our beach resort on the Cook Islands was fabulous.  Just imagine going to sleep every night to the sound of the ocean waves.  Every place we went the people were amazing and very friendly.  I love how all of the countries are conscious of conservation.  The bird sanctuaries were amazing especially the great white heron and spoonbill sanctuary.  The two earthquakes in New Zealand were a nice addition for no extra charge.
