Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We give this travel company FIVE stars! They worked with us to plan a trip that was just what we wanted. New Zealand was especially well organized with a complete folder, maps and book of our destinations. In Australia things were a little more casual, but we had no hitches at all and had an absolutely wonderful time thanks to the planning that went into this trip. The company hired to tour us around Aukland was especially good - that was an exceptional introduction to New Zealand.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

~~The company hired to tour us around Aukland was especially good - We had been advised to 'see the penguins come in' and that turned out to be a very special event in Melbourne. We were glad to have had the special seating and guide for that adventure.

A neighbor had said they enjoyed the Antarctic experience when they arrived at the airport in Christchurch. It might be worth adding to the NZ package (had not been included in our plans)...

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I think I would say, go to Australia first - New Zealand is a tough act to follow. But we ended in Sydney and that was a very special city and a nice ending....
