Review: Costa Rica Luxury Family Trip, Arenal Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Nature Park, Guanacaste Province, Hanging Bridge, Boat Ride

Our travel planner organized an amazing trip to Costa Rica for my family. She asked a lot of great questions and really listened to my answers to design a trip that was best suited for my family. We were very happy that the travel planner was able to book most of the hotels we had requested and we were extremely pleased with all the services and amenities at each of the hotels she booked, which included the lodge in La Paz Waterfall Nature Park, resort near Arenal Volcano and the hotel in Guanacaste. Our travel planner paid a lot of attention to detail. Right after we landed, we had a driver and a tour guide pick us up to make us feel very welcome to Costa Rica. The tour guide was able to offer us a lot of information about the country and answer our questions. The travel planner even had the guide surprise us with a fantastic beach bag and reusable water bottles to make our trip more pleasant. Along the way, we had drivers take us to each of our hotels and each time the drivers were very friendly and courteous. Our travel planner even informed the hotel near Arenal Volcano of our special anniversary and the hotel housekeeping paid special attention to our rooms to make us feel welcome. 

Would like to add that our travel planner was always prompt with responding to emails and was very flexible when I needed some schedule changes for our trip. She also offered her contact info through App so that I could text her directly while on the trip. I really appreciated that she would check in with us to make sure things were running smoothly. It gave me peace of mind knowing that she was looking out for us and there if we needed any assistance while on the trip.
