Review: Croatia Vacation, Hvar, Split, Dubrovnik, Plitvice Lakes National Park

This travel agency arranged a 10-day 9-night tour of Croatia, for four of us, beginning in Plitvice National Park and ending in Dubrovnik.

The overall Croatia experience, facilitated by our agent and her team, far exceeded our expectations. The Croatian people as well as the food and wine were wonderful as we found out by eating and drinking our way across Croatia.  

All of the guides and drivers were informative, attentive to our needs, and in sync with our interests.  The accommodations were excellent and all exhibited an outstanding level of customer service. Working with a tour company located in-country was a decision that paid off. On one occasion when weather threatened to scuttle  a boat excursion, our agent and her team worked contingency plans and in the end we chose an alternate, and wonderful, trip to the Croatian countryside.  The responsiveness, concern and accommodation of this agency was outstanding. We were well taken care of.
