Review: European Tour, Croatia, Montenegro, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Vienna, Dubrovnik, Budapest, Cesky Krumlov, Zagreb

Travel in Croatia and time in Budapest was most enjoyable.  I especially liked Plitvice Lakes, Dubrovnik, and the Gellert Bath.  Cesky Krumlov and Montenegro were  fun tours!

Thank you for your feedback, we were really happy to hear you enjoyed
your experience with us. Again we are extremely sorry that you had
such a terrible experience while boarding the train to Vienna. We can
certainly understand how such a scary experience would put a damper on
your time in Vienna. However we were very surprised to read your
comments about our employee as he is consistently one of our best. He
always receives glowing feedback from clients so this is definitely
the first negative comments we have received but and I am sure there
is a reasonable explanation.

Our apologies for the transfer not coming to pick you up on time that
day. Unfortunately our provider mixed up the pick-up point and instead
of coming to the hotel to pick you up they went to the train station
so they had the instructions backwards. After you called our staff to
inform him that the car was not there he immediately called our
provider and a replacement car was there quickly. We were told the
replacement driver showed you the platform and that you made it on the
train with enough time to spare.

Although the transfer incident was out of our control, ultimately it
is our fault and our staff certainly felt responsible. This was the
reason they organized the special service of a boat cruise in Prague
for you and some treats to your hotel to compensate for the mistake.
When our staff messaged you to inform about the cruise it appeared you
believed the blame for the blame for the mugging was somehow due to
our staff's action. I honestly do not think it is fair to relate the
cause of the mugging to a late transfer.

Our staff did try to call again when upon your arrival in Prague but
there was no answer. We also had our Prague contact offer to take you
to the police station and help file a police report but this was
declined. Even though this mugging was completely out of our control
we still wanted to make sure you were comfortable and not stressed
after this horrible experience so my colleagues in Croatia also tried
to make up for the incident and bought you some local gifts and
sweets.

Regarding the train ride from Zagreb to Budapest, I'm sorry to hear
you did not enjoy Zagreb. The most common feedback we get from our
guests who spend just one night in Zagreb is they wish they had
longer. Unfortunately the only option that fit your budget was to take
the train from Zagreb so one of the primary reasons we suggested this
mode of transport. During the communication you had with the sales
department you confirmed it was understood that a stop in Zagreb was
required en route to Budapest and you were ok with this.

Again we are extremely sorry for any negative experience you
encountered but we are happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your
trip with us.
