Kudos to this travel company! Our travel planners were absolutely terrific in planning and implementing the logistics for our trip. Upon our arrival our agent met us at our hotel, went over our plans, and gave us a cell phone to use throughout the trip. We were told to call "at any time" with questions or to resolve problems. We kept our few calls to normal working hours, but it was a comfort to know that if we needed anything critical, she was available to help resolve the issue.

Everything went off flawlessly. Drivers and guides were excellent and prompt, often delivering more than expected. We had a good mix of planned excursions and free time to explore on our own. As with all travel, in hindsight there are a few things we would change, but overall this trip exceeded our expectations.

Thank you to our travel planners and the entire travel team! We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Each part was memorable in its own way. We had a great mix of urban, rural and scenic adventures. But standouts include:

1. Plitvice - absolutely spectacular

2. Hvar

3. Sarajevo/Mostar

4. Ljubljana - the hotel and stops in Bled and Bohinj on our way to Kobaid)

5. Kobaid - Chalets Nebesa (Plus being able to explore the trenches of WWI)

6: Dubrovnik - cooking class

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would definitely skip the excursion to Montenegro. The border crossing was over an hour and the payoff was not great. If we had not experienced the beauty and walled cities of Slovenia and Croatia, perhaps we would have been more impressed.

Dubrovnik: In hindsight we would have preferred two nights within the walled city and two nights on the coast.
