Review: European Vacation, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary

At first, we had doubts with booking a travel agency using zicasso since it would be someone out of our country and will be very hard for us to verify its legitimacy. However, things turned out great. The vehicles that was used for our transfers and the guides exceeded our expectation. 

We first started using a taxi as our private transfer but it was still a mercedes benz and it was nice and warm. Therefore, we did not have any problem with it. On our next trips, it got better with a more luxurious mercedes benz van! we were all delighted by the improvement. Drivers were all friendly, fluent in English and most importantly, on-time. We just had a problem with the last driver who took us to our airport. He insisted that we were late despite us showing the itinerary provided by our agent and proving to him that we were not late and we are even earlier than what has been scheduled. It was not the most pleasant conversation between a driver and his passengers who are on their last vacation day. 

The local guides that were booked were also very knowledgeable and friendly. They had all the answers to our few questions. Also, since this is a private and customized tour, the guides welcomed any changes with the itinerary for the day.

The owner and our contact person was also quick to respond to any of our queries before and during our trip. We were assured during the entire trip even if we haven't met him personally.
