Our tour operator did a great job of listening and understanding what kind of a trip we wanted, what our priorities were, and accommodating our budget and schedule. Her recommendations regarding the Galapagos cruise, Amazon lodge, and Quito hotel were perfect for us!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The Galapagos cruise and the Amazon lodge. This is an absolutely beautiful country and our tour operator made sure that we'd see those parts that were most important to us.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We had a lot of really early mornings. Not at all our tour operator fault, just the scheduling of the airlines. If possible we'd look for later flights/alternatives next time around. It also would have been nice to get formal confirmation (in writing) of some of the reservations before the balance was due.
