Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

My wife and our 18 year old son and 15 year old daughter just got home from an outstanding trip! Our trip was planned by this travel agency, and they provided in depth details, plans, and maps to help us through every step. They also provided us with a local iPhone we could use for the trip allowing us to stay in contact with them throughout. We did an 11 day trip through Germany and Switzerland. We had 3 full days of guided tours, a few scheduled outings and some free time in which they provided us with multiple suggested activities.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

For me it was spending time with my family on adventure and seeing things I had always wanted to see, such as Neuschwanstein and the Alps. I really enjoyed hiking with the family and will always remember taking my daughter on a ski lift she was scared of and drinks beer with my son (his first beer) at Haufbrahaus. I know my family really enjoyed the history of the places we visited.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

That is tough to answer. We stayed in 7 cities. I wish I could have spent at least 1 more night in at least 6 of them. I prefer to take a little slower pace and enjoy each place more than we did. However, we were able to see so much and am glad we went to all of the places we went to.
