Excellent service from start to finish. These travel agents helped with the initial trip planning. They were mindful of the trip budget and perfectly tailored the trip to all of our travelers needs. They were incredibly responsive to all requests or feedback immediately. This attention to detail continued after the trip was booked. Our agent sent us a fantastic final itinerary with all details included and immediately made any requested changes or additions. She responded to all questions immediately. Once on the trip, our agent checked in daily regarding transfers and any important details we needed to know. There were absolutely no hiccups and the trip was seamless and flawless. Everything was as promised. I would highly recommend this agency and will absolutely work with them again in the future and would encourage anyone else planning a trip to Switzerland or Italy to do so.
