Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We traveled to Scotland in late August of 2018. The trip was well planned out. Our guide was excellent. He went above and beyond to give us a great experience and was very knowledgeable about all things Scottish! All of our planned events went very smoothly. We would definitely book with this company again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Our favorite highlights included the Military Tattoo, the castle tours and the crazy canyon hike in the falls of Bruar. It was also fun to see many of the locations used in the Outlander TV series. Additionally, we participated in a fascinating falconry experience on our last day and had a great tour of the Edraduar distillery for single malt whiskys in Pitlochry. The hotels we stayed in were lovely. The restaurant recommendations were top notch both, from our guide and our vacation planner. Thankfully, we only had one rainy day. Finally, we fell in love with the Highland Cows and the ever present sheep!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If I could take the trip again, I would have liked to see more of the northern regions of Isle of Skye but you can only do so much in 10 days. Many people asked if we were only going to Scotland on our vacation. I guess many people combine Ireland with Scotland or the England and Scotland but honestly, we had plenty to see and do by just traveling to Scotland! Maybe we will go to Ireland or England on the next trip.
