Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

A very nice, relaxing and memorable trip. This travel agent and team have ensured all the trip details were taken care of.
She helped us to re-arranged the trip because of our family unforeseen circumstances.
The team also helped out when I accidentally left my wallet on one of the transport cars and I gave gotten my wallet back. Very grateful to the driver and our agent's team.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Itineraries are arranged to suit our preference.
Its relaxing, yet we have our fair share of active tours.
My family really enjoy the spectacular sceneries, very tasty foods, and beautiful tours and places.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would probably re do Zermatt and St Morritz and add on some new cities , such as Zurich, Interlaken, and probably Bern.
