Review: Family Vacation in Italy & Spain, Florence, Barcelona Tapas Tour, Rome Wine & Cheese Tour

My family and I arranged a trip with this agent and her travel company in December during our kids Christmas break.  We were a family of four and wanted a fun filled, but relaxing vacation in Spain and Italy. Our agent was extremely responsive, came back with great suggestions and put together a plan that met my needs, incorporated with her suggestions based on mine and my family's habits and desires, in absolutely no time.  All is great on paper, right, but what about the actual trip?  Worked out just about as seamlessly as the paper version.  The guides that accompanied us for various events were professional, interesting, and did a fabulous job of balancing their job with our moods or issues, or changes, but all the while ensuring we learned a bit about their country, and enjoyed ourselves.  The big surprise was the little gifts at Christmas, which was absolutely thoughtful.  I would highly recommend the agency, their service, their professionalism, and their commitment to make sure you get what you ask for.  Thank you to our agent!  We'll absolutely use your services again if we are in the area.  Thanks.
