Review: Germany Family Vacation, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Bavaria, Football

This travel company helped us plan a 2 week trip to Germany.  They really tailored our vacation needs and requests. We started out in Hamburg because our daughter is attending Semester at Sea for the fall semester and Hamburg is where the boat was leaving from to begin their voyage. From the time we arrived in Hamburg everything was wonderful. In our room was a package from our travel company that included an iPhone to use during our time in Germany. All phone numbers and addresses of all the hotels, restaurants, tour guides and travel company staff were all programed. Our agent checked in with us everyday to make sure we were good and to see if there was anything we needed. There was a book they had put together with day to day agendas, maps and brochures. There was so much detail put into this book that really shows they take pride in the vacations they put together. We cannot thank these travel representatives enough for everything they did for us and how easy they made our travel around Germany. Each tour guide they scheduled for us was truly amazing and so knowledgeable. My husband and son did not want to go to Germany without going to a football game. Our agent was able to find us tickets to a Bayern Munchen game and we cannot thank her enough. We were able to see things we never would have seen had we tried to plan this on our own. We cannot thank them enough for an unforgettable vacation.
