Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Overall our experience with this travel company was very good. They helped us plan a great Honeymoon full of many memorable moments. The hotel locations and tours were planned to perfection. The staff we worked with were outstanding and worked very hard to ensure we were happy the entire time.

We only have 1 piece of negative feedback. One of our flights was cancelled and we had someone picking us up at the next airport. Unfortunately, none of the individual listed as available "24/7" in case of emergency or assistance answered the phone for over an hour during regular business hours. At an airport waiting on other things to develop and hour is a long time of uncertainty. We had to depend on the hotel staff at our previous location to do the work on their behalf. Very glad The hotel was available to assist where our travel company failed.

Other than this experience, the rest of the trip was excellent.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Most memorable moments were in the Reserva Amazonica. The staff there was excellent. They worked hard to ensure they guests were well taken care of.

In Cusco, our guide was very knowledgeable and communicated very well.

In Urubamba, the guide and driver were very professional and, like others, worked hard to make sure we were happy the entire time with them. The guide has excellent people skills and communicates very well.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would definitely spend 2 days in Machu Picchu. This was part of our itinerary whereas our travel company suggested otherwise. We felt spending 2 days there allowed us to get the main tour on the first day and visit the Inka Bridge and Sun Gate on the second day. Very happy with our decision vs. what was suggested.

As for doing something different, we would not have stayed at the same hotel in Urubamba. It was an old monastery which had been renovated. The floor that housed our sleeping area made a lot of noise when walked on and the beds were very uncomfortable. Additionally we found a large spider in our bathtub each night we were there. The staff was notified on both nights and gave us a free drink that we never used.
