Review: Italy Anniversary Vacation, Rome, Bologna

On previous trips, we did not use a travel agency and so I did not know what to expect.  When this travel agent first contacted me, she told me that it was her job to make our trip memorable and to be exactly as we wanted it.   Our agent more than delivered on her promise.  I had many questions and proposed many changes to our itinerary.   Our agent was always readily available and helpful in making our trip a reality.  No question or concern seemed to be to little to handle.  Our agent was patient in helping us develop our plan.    When we started our trip, we found her selection of services to be impeccable.  Our accommodations were more than we could have asked for.  Our tour guides and drivers were amazing.  Our travel agent knew that this trip was for our anniversary, and she even included a couple of little surprises.  She remained available to us on our trip, arranging a last minute addition over our last weekend in Italy.  She even called us on a Sunday night to address a very minor glitch.  We could not have asked for more from our agent and her company.  We would go to her again to plan another trip without any hesitation.
