Review: Italy Vacation, Rome, Tuscany, Venice, Positano, Taormina, Palermo, Opera

It was our first time to Sicily so we didn’t know what to expect, see or do. Overall our trip was great but if we were to make changes we would shorten our stay in large cities like Palermo and spend more time in small interesting villages. Our preference is to enjoy the local culture and try to get away from crowds if possible. We would also pay more attention to the details of our transfers so as to not have any very early starts to get to airports, etc. Very happy we had drivers and not a rental car.
