Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

In looking into taking this special trip in celebration of my retirement and our 30th wedding anniversary- I came upon Zicasso and this Asia travel agency. I emailed this agency along with 2 other companies- not associated with Zicasso.

Susan was the first to respond and provided quotes for the itinerary I suggested from research. The other companies told me what I needed to see and had a set itinerary. Susan listened to me and allowed us to customize our trip.

She was able to guide me to make informed decisions concerning accommodations, tours, sites, etc since she herself visits India numerous times a year. This was very important to me in my planning.

Susan kept in contact with me and answered my many questions with consideration, professionalism and expertise. Her patience was also a plus :) I never hesitated asking questions and reaching out for information.

I would highly recommend this travel agency; You can't go wrong!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The Taj Mahal, tiger sightings, Everest flight, Rickshaw tour and the Oberoi hotels!

Also- the representatives, guides and drivers that met/accompanied us along the way were wonderful and cared about satisfying us. They were flexible and would readily change our itinerary if we requested at any given time :)

EVERYTHING was well organized, planned, and stress free. We were so well taken care of and even given a cell phone for domestic usage. The other nice thing was that each place we went along our itinerary, the given 'crew' seemed to know the big picture of our total trip....not just the portion in which they were responsible. They took the time to get to know us and thus, our needs.

Lastly, we were surprised numerous times by wonderful gifts from our agency that enhanced our trip and added such a personal touch.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We would add an extra day at the start to recover from jet lag/travel before setting off. Additionally, add an extra day at each location to enjoy the wonderful accommodations and just relax.
