Very professional from the planning stage until the end of the trip. I needed to make a change to my itinerary mid-vacation. They responded immediately and got it done without a hitch. Their selection of accommodations and tours was also outstanding. I would recommend them highly.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef was definitely a highlight. Our accommodations there were very memorable as well. Silky Oaks Lodge is a unique hotel. The Penguin Parade on Phillip Island stands out. The Great Ocean Road drive. And Kangaroo Island-one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. It had many highlights of its own in terms of the scenery and wildlife that we saw

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We did a tour of the Daintree Rain Forest. I would skip that. It was very disappointing. I wouldn't change anything else
