Review: Luxury Costa Rica Family Vacation, Monte Verde, Arenal, Venado, Rainforest Zip Line Tour, Hot Springs, Caving

From the moment I inquired with this travel company via Zicasso.com and began a series of phone conversations with my agents, I knew we had made the right choice.  Being able to draw on their intimate home-grown knowledge of their country truly helped us customize our itinerary just the way we wanted it.  There were so many incredible adventures and moments that made for many “experiences of a lifetime” for my entire family.  None of which we would have had the time, knowledge, or any clue how to do on our own.  I can’t recommend this company highly enough to any of my friends that are considering traveling to Costa Rica.  If you want to get the most out of your trip-without worrying about transportation hassles, tour reservations, etc….let them put their expertise to work for you.  You will not regret it one bit!!!

P.S.  It helps that not only are these agents some of the nicest people you’ll meet….but all of their staff were as well. I could call any time---both before and during our trip, and they were immediately responsive to any question, change of plan, etc.  Truly a top-notch customer-service operation.
